How to Submit a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

Fair and honest treatment matters when you contact Stylepicking Walk-In Tubs. Please tell us when something goes wrong. This page sets out how to raise a concern and how we handle it. It is a general template rather than legal advice.

Identify the Concern

You may raise questions or complaints about:

  • A telephone or message exchange with Stylepicking Walk-In Tubs
  • Our handling of your personal data
  • Website details that seem wrong or unclear
  • The conduct of a provider reached through our service

Separate Provider Issues

Providers in our network operate independently. Their estimates, prices, products, warranties and customer service are their responsibility. For problems with work at your home, contacting the provider first and keeping written notes is usually helpful.

Please also tell us what happened. Feedback supports honesty within the network. Repeated shortcomings may result in a provider's removal. Stylepicking Walk-In Tubs cannot settle contract disputes, process warranty claims, refund provider work or represent a provider.

Send the Useful Details

Write to contact@stylepicking.living with:

  • Your name and preferred contact details
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The telephone number or form used, if remembered
  • The provider's name, if known
  • A description of the issue and the action you want us to take

Review and Reply

We will acknowledge your complaint by email, generally within a few business days. Next, we will examine the concern and may contact the provider as part of that review. Our reply will explain the findings and any action we are taking.

Request Another Review

If the reply leaves your concern unresolved, respond and request a further review. Other possible sources of help include your state attorney general, state consumer protection office or local Better Business Bureau. A state contractor licensing board may also help with concerns involving licensed contractors.
